Great fresh food. Very satisfying

I ordered high tide, it was amazing! Clean atmosphere and a great look inside. Service was quick and employees were nice. I definitely recommend giving this place a try! I can't wait to go back!!

I love Poke, so I was excited to have one so close. However, when I ordered online to pickup, they never even looked at it until I got there, so I had to wait about 10 minutes for them to process all the orders they didn't see for pickup before they got to mine. While waiting, I noticed all their food prep containers didn't have lids, and there were flies landing on the exposed food, which most of it is raw fish.

Delicious food, quick polite service, customize your meal and have it your way, plenty of seating.

I frequent this poke often. Now that they had a price increase I can’t help but notice that the owners make the bowl so much smaller. It’s also an up change on everything. I have two bowls tonight same order and one made by the help is noticeably fuller the the one made by the owner. I brought it the the owners attention and she did nothing. Watch who’s making you bowl. Said.

I should start by saying that I don't get any of the raw fish options - it's just not what I like. For those like me, the chicken and shrimp options are a godsend. Everything is really delicious and fresh, with a lot of toppings to choose from. I really hope they bring GrubHub deliveries to the Middletown location!

My favorite is the Duke. We're here at least once a week. Great food always fresh.

Food is amazing and always fresh. I like the Hulu or create your own. The way they prepare it is exciting bc its always a different taste with each bite. The place is a little expensive; yet the reason is for all the fresh ingredients.

Ordered online and they forgot to make the order. Then mixed up my bowl with another customer. Other than that it was good.

I usually love this place, however, the past two times I’ve ordered from here, i ordered using DoorDash and I’ve noticed they give me significantly less in my bowl when I’m not standing in front of them in line. I should not still be hungry after spending almost $14 for a bowl. I’m frustrated that i can’t trust them enough to order remotely..

I need a poke fix about 2x a month. It's my fast food option. fresh and delicious. the Newark shopping center location does a great job.

Fresh food quick. I'm glad to see this in Middletown now. I have yet to be disappointed. Though the focus is fresh seafood, they also have other protein options that are not ocean sourced. So if you have that family member who will "only eat chicken".... You can still broaden their horizons with some interesting, but easily approachable food.

I love poke and this is the only place to get it where I live. It's good depending on the time of day you get if from here. Later in the day their fish isnt as fresh so I'd recommend getting food from here earlier in the day

This is my third time here and every time the food has been great. All the ingredients especially the fish taste fresh and look good. The 5th star is for the music because I feel like I'm at a nightclub every time I eat there.

Just went to poke bros for my sisters birthday! Food is great and everyone in there is really friendly! The girl with glasses was really nice :)

Absolutely Amazing! So good, so fresh. My 9 year old even loved her Poke bowl and she usually only eats PB&J or nuggets and fries! So delicious!

Sushi in a bowl, and a lot cheaper too. You won't be disappointed, fresh ingredients, online ordering. I love this place.

Extremely disappointed! I live in Dover, and I didn't know they had a location in Middletown. Due to the COVID-19 their Dover location is still closed. Made the drive up to Middletown; was extremely disappointed! My food was cold, half portions and dry as a bone! They charged me $3.50 for extra protein and only give me a half portion! Also the bowl calls for OG Sauce unless otherwise specified, that wasn't included. I was extremely dissatisfied, especially considering it was $15 for my food! Will not come back to this location. I rather wait till Dover's opens back up.

OMG, Sushi in a bowl!? I'm all in!!! What a great idea!!! Though the ice cream is not my cup of tea and they should have rewards for their regular customers. They did but they stopped it. :(

Fish is what you'd expect, veggie toppings are fresh, sushi rice is fairly underseasoned and too soft. The staff is courteous and helpful. Please put some music on!Edit: Second time was great! Rice was much improved and music was 👌

Nothing wrong with the food, but at this location the music always drives me crazy. I also felt it was very unprofessional that both counter workers had ear buds in both ears.

The Poke Bowl was very good (I ordered a bowl with white rice, Pineapple, chicken and some sort of sriracha sauce), and staff was pretty friendly, but I went with my sister and I went in to pick it up for her. We ordered online, and it said it would be ready at 7:15. I went in at 6:56, and came out of the store at 8:03. It took an hour to get my food, and the line was long and they were doing two people’s orders at a time, then making their food, then the next two people, make their food, you get the idea. Plus only 3 workers were working. They should’ve had more staff working. I enjoy this place but it’s usually not like this.

This is my first experience and my worst experience I got the shrimp bowl with salmon the salmon was uncooked and warm which was nasty also on there website it doesn't say everything is raw another thing there was no taste at all and too expensive

Amazing! Fresh, delicious food 😃 ! Great choices on how you want to build your meal. Love coming here any chance I get . Very kind staff, super clean . I enjoy the spicy tuna on greens , and seaweed salad in an extra container on the side.. yummmmm! It's kinda like a ice cream bar ,with all the toppings etc... except it's SUSHI! !!!!enjoy !

Love this place. Kid bowls too my son gets the chicken and shrimp on rice!! So "The Duke" is great but i prefer to customize mine. Super easy so dont get discouraged. I chose 3 proteins but 2 of them i have split. Half shrimp and half spicy tuna and a whole scoop of salmon. Best way of getting a variety and only being charged for 2.
